LR2.4 not opening image with adjustments into cs4

I have LR2.4 with camera raw 5.4 and have just loaded cs4.
I cannot get LR to open the image into photoshop with the lightroom adjustments. It just sits there forever.
I can get the image to open as a copy or the orginal though.
Please help :-\

Have you updated PS to 11.'.1 and the PS Camera Raw plugin to 5.4 ?
