After program update LR is crashing.... failing to close even when force quit. Something not right on this update.

MacPro 2.66GH 6GB RAM Leopard V 1'.5.7 set to 64 bit.

Program was fine before update

Bennett,

I think one of the gurus may merge this thread with your other one since we are talking about the same subject.
2.4 - same as usual for me. I have no issues at all.

RE: Problems after 2.4 upgrade

It seems that after my update to LR V2.4 I can no longer use Command Z to step back and undo an adjustment.

If I change from one image to another by clocking on the new image in the filmstrip while in the develop module... and then wish to undo the last adjustment made to that image I use Command Z but instead of undoing the last adjustment made to the selected image, Command Z takes me back to the last image that had been selected.

Am I doing something wrong? Must I do something else to the image before trying to undo the last adjustment?

Ian Lyons posted this answer to your same question on the Lightroom User to User forum

"Ctrl/Cmd+Z works the same today as it did from the very first beta shipped in January 2''6. It undoes the previous action, which may or may not have been an develop adjustment. If you switch from one module to another then hit Ctrl?Cmd+Z Lr will undo the module change.

You should use History to undo the last develop adjustment you."

Lightroom seems stable to me ... other than it's inability to show any sort of identity plate all the sudden. ??
