LR starts up every time I plug in a USB key

LR starts up every time I plug in a USB key.

Is it possible to turn this off ? I just can't find it anywhere in LR.

In Edit/Preferences/Import make sure "Show import dialog when memory card is detected" is unchecked. If that doesn't work, check Windows/Control Panel make sure Lightroom (even an earlier version) isn't set as the default program for automatically downloading pictures. Also, earlier versions of Lightroom put Adobe Photodownloader 3.'/apdproxy.exe in the startup list. You can disable it in msconfig.
