Hi everybody
I have Release 7.5 on a Mac running El Capitan.
No matter how hard I try, LR is NOT importing all pictures contained in a folder located on an external hard drive.
The folder has 5.360 picture in it, while Lightroom only shows 5.126 as available in the Import module.
What's wrong?????

Maybe some of the files in that folder are a not supported file type. Or maybe some are duplicates of files already in Lightroom.

Right! This is indeed a confusing one and in fact could be considered a bug. If Lightroom encounters a TIFF and a JPG with the same file name, it treats the JPG as a sidecar file for the TIFF if you do not check that option. This happens even though a TIFF is not a raw file, so this option should not be relevant for this combo.
