I posted this on Adobe the other day. Trying here as well for support:

"This occured first a few days ago. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the app, the problem persists. Last sunday I used the app to take the photos in raw format. All fifteen something photos turned out equal, except some were shown in portrait mode and some in landscape. Today I repeated the session to see if the problem was solved by itself, but no. Every time I take photos with different scenes, the first scene is repeated on the subsequent photos. When I close the app, or leave the camera setting, and then restart the camera on the app, the problem is repeated, the first scene is repeated onto the next photos as identical copies, however with different time stamps and sequential numbers. Strange. which is the primary suspect, the LR app or the phone? The standard photo app functions as normal. "

I even tried reset all the settings of the phone.

I did some additional photographic tests. Changed from the primary camera to the selfie camera. Now the pictures are recorded correctly, no flaws. Changed back to the primary camera and the problem persists. Note that when I changed the scenes from picture to picture, the original scene is still repeated, but adjusted for the overall lighting and colour of the new scene.
The photos are uploaded to the cloud and stored on the phone, those parts work apart from the first scene of each individual session being repeated.
LR for Android, version 8.3.3.

Solution
I finally found something whi h I can report to Adobe, I believe.

When I set ISO or SS (shutterspeed) manually, the photo recording functions as it should. Whenever I select Auto or Reset, the recording reverts to the erronous behavior. So for me at least, to use LR camera, I need to set ISO or SS manually.

Still strange, though...
Tried factory reset on the phone this morning. LR being one of the absolutely first apps to be installed. Same peculiar behavior. I was kind of hoping the reset would help, not being too optimistic about it though. But now I am wondering if this discovery may be related to the fact that the camera function on LR V8.3.3 was never tested by myself before last week, and the earlier successful attempts using the camera on the LR app was done on previous versions. That's a fact, for myself at least.

Maybe the problem I am experiencing is due to an inherent bug in this version of the app?

Any thoughts, any suggestions?

Or anyone with the same phone experiencing similar problems?

Have not experienced, this issue I have a OnePlus 9G. However I very rarely use the camera in the phone to begin with, and almost never use the Lr camera app. Lr's camera app can only access one of the three cameras on the back of the phone last I checked.

You did not state which camera app you are using.

Hi Tim,
Thank you for responding! As stated in the subject, it is the LR app that fails to record the photos when using the main camera from this app.
As on your phone, the LR app only accesses the main of the three forward facing cameras of the S10 phone, always been like that. Possibly this is how the app is set up, and something I find annoying albeit not a serious problem by itself.
Apart from the LR app, I normally use the default Samsung camera app which accesses all forward and rearward facing cameras. Thus, whenever I see a need for photographing in raw format, I will have to use the Pro mode of this app. At least until a future release of LR app solves the problem.

Yeah, I just tried to repeat the issue on my phone. I do not have it. Best bet, talk to Adobe.
There are limitations for the Android core camera API, I never looked into what they are, but I have seen a few posts which state Adobe would need to effectively build native hooks for each major Android manufacturer. No idea on the veracity of the statement.

Solution
Very odd, great to find some circumstances though - will help Adobe troubleshoot.
