Lr Menu Bar on PC - grey out

For some reason I don't recall the Menu bar{PC} being white. Can I add grey instead?

If you're still using Win7 as per your profile, you can use the Personalisation option to change various display settings, including application menu bars.

Control of the colour of the menu bar is a Windows function, not an application function. So right-click on a blank area of the desktop and select "Personalisation" and go from there.

OK, that explains it. Windows 10's personalisation options are quite a bit less than Windows 7. It's still possible to change the colour of the title bars, but currently only using solid colours, not the aero glass/blur capabilities in Win7. Apparently Microsoft are "considering" bringing aero back....
