in addition to the books listed in Soul Cages' "How To Books for Mac Lightroom users?" thread, I would recommend the Luminous Landscape's Video Tutorial about LR where Michael Reichmann and Jeff Schewe explain the "how's and why's" about working with LR.
Even though not directly related to LR, I also recommend their new "From Camera To Print" Tutorial which covers quite every aspect of how to get the most out of our photographs in the digital workflow - and that's what LR is all about, right?

Yes, Thomas. I found the LL video tutorials very helpful. Haven't gone back to get the printing video yet, but will as soon as the fall season slows down.
