Sorry to re-open this old post, but I just discovered the same kind of "error." Reading Michael Naylor's solution solved my problem too. I didn't realize that "Collections" was one of the searchable fields in the filter bar. I couldn't figure out why my image of a building's interior was found when filtering for the word "cityscape." Turns out it's inside a collection called "Architecture and Cityscapes." Thanks, Michael, for pointing me in the right direction.
