Hi Victoria, hi everyone
I've just updated LR Classic to the newest version and it seems my first (or second) import after the update crashes repeatedly.
I import from a CF Card through a reader into the catalog and this time it started the import, but the porgress bar stopped at the very beginning... i tried multiple times, including after resetting presets and clean reinstall with reboots in between and it always semmed to happen again. Though it finished once the importing, without showing the imported files, even though they were copied to the target folder (even several times - they all showed in the sync folder dialog, but when syncing nothing happened).
I managed to import the files to a new catalogue... so it most likely is a catalog problem hence my posting to this forum as suggested by Victoria in your troubleshooting guide.
Can you help me?
