LR CC won't import Quick Time files for Live Photos

Exact Lightroom Version (Help menu > System Info): 7.0.1

My iPhone 7 takes a quick second or two of video with each "Live Photo" but LR CC will not import the video file, saying the required codec is not there. It does import the photo jpg/dng. The video is in quick time format. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Are you importing via Direct Cable Connect? Lightroom CC via the iOS app? Other?
