LR CC no longer recognizes iPhone

I went to download some photos from my iPhone to LR CC and could not get LR to recognized the iPhone as a source. This process worked fine as of a couple of days ago, any ideas?

I'm a PC user, so I'm extrapolating here to the Mac platform. Sometimes, for reasons unknown, my PC doesn't recognize my iPhone when I plug it in to the cable. Sometimes, unplugging and replugging the phone fixes the problem.
