I'm noticing a change of bahaviour from LR 3 when using either the adjustment bruish or the graduated filter.

If I select the brush then choose a preset when I paint with the brush, as I release the mouse button the name of the preset is replaced by the 'Custom'. Under LR 3 the behavour was, more expectedly, that the preset stays set as selected.

A bit more investigation suggests that if I select presets that ship with LR all is as expected, although I think what happens is that as you release the mouse button the preset name changes very quickly to 'Custom' then back again fopr the first use in any 'brush session'.

If the first preset I select is one that ships with LR (exposure for example) then all behaves as expected for 1st preset used and for any subsequent preset selected during any 'brush session'. If however the first preset selected is one added by myself then I get the renaming to 'custom'.

If I create a 'New' preset all behaves as expected. I am suspecting that any non-native Presets that were created under previous versions or LR and used in LR4 are causing this slightly odd bahaviour.

Anyone else notice this ?

Hi Pete, sorry we missed your thread. You're not the only one - it's been reported as a bug. Yes, you're right about it being because of missing lines of data from the new sliders.

Victoria, thanks for reply. I'll live with it 'till fix arrives.

Cheers
