Lost view of toolbar and can't access Dock on Mac

I can only access the toolbar (file-edit-library etc) by pointing to the top of the page. On the bottom I can't even point and access the Dock on my Mac. I'm sure it's some keystroke I've accidentally hit, but which one?

The "F" key! Each time you press it it cycle through 3 window states.
