Lost presets after upgrade to LR 2.5

I upgraded to Lightroom 2.5 tonight. I found my catalog and can see my pics but I can't get the presets to go back to the folder I was using. In 2.4, I had selected "store presets with catalog" and so my current presets are stored on my "D:" drive with the catalog. In 2.5 that same option is checked but when I click the "show lightroom presets folder" button it still shows the default location on the C: drive.

I have rebooted and restarted LR multiple times. All I can find on the web is to check that little box and all will be good. Is there a way to manually tell LR where the preset folder is?

After several hours of reconfiguring I think I have things back in order. A friend said they upgraded a Mac without any problems. Maybe I should have got Mac, but this install even lost the serial number. I write installation programs for a living. It would not have been hard for them to migrate user settings to the newer version. This was just a dot upgrade!

Very weird. Sorry to say, yours is the only report I've heard of this problem, and everyone else's preferences etc. upgraded just fine, so we might just have to put this down to 'general weirdness'.
