Lost "My locations" in map module

For some reason yesterday I was assigning gps coordinates to some images and noticed my locations were missing. I using Lr5 on a PC, anyone have this issue?

"My Locations" is found within the "Saved Locations" section. "Saved Locations" can be removed. To get it back right click on a header on the left side and click on its name:

I can see the My locations under saved locations but all the locations are gone.

The preset tab allows me to see the saved location sin windows explorer and the folder is empty. I never cleared it!

I found a backup of my User/appdata/roaming/adobe/lightroom/locations, it has my locations. I guess I can close lightroom and add them directly. Concerns me how this happen?
