Lost images when upgraded to 1.1

OK , I have lost most of my images when I upgraded to 1.1
how can I import ,get back , getem , whatever , so all my images will be back in the same folders that are in my photodocuments
I have not lost all of them but some in each folder/category..
thanks for your help steve,
PS: I have all my someday to work on in photoshop images under a main folder called (RAW images ) subs under that
and
some of these had Global adjustments done prior to loosing them

Two other things? Once you get this sorted upgrade to the latest version 1.3.1 and please fill in your Signature with System and Gear. Look under User CP above to do this.
