Lost ability to see dates when reading card

Lightroom Version Number

1. Windows 10

Lightroom 5. For the longest time, when I inserted a card, LR5 would show all files in dated subfolders in an ascending manner. I still have selected Capture time/Ascending for Sort. However, when viewing the card in Lightroom I am no longer seeing the pictures subdivided by date. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I guess you're talking of the Import Window. I think what you're refering to is the option "Destination folder at the top of the window :
