Local Adjustment tool problems

Seemingly all of a sudden, my local adjustment tool is not working properly. in order to even see any impact with the exposure slider, for example, i have to drag it to +/-3. Same goes for the other sliders as well. I'm not sure if I did something or not. Auto Mask is not selected and flow and density are at 1'/6' respectively. I've never consciously touched them. I've adjusted them but not impact.

The flow setting is very low, I think you may have inadvertently changed this. Up the flow to 1'' as see how you go, maybe with density at 1'' as well.Experiment, it helps to find settings that are useful in all sorts of situations.

Continuing Geoff's train of thought, I'd add, think of Flow as how much effect gets applied in each pass, and Density as a limit on how high the strength of the effect can go. This way you can 'slam' on an adjustment, or 'sneak-up' on it as you feel necessary.
