Help.

I'm busy playing game and Lightroom switches itself on automatically.
I'm working on a letter and Lightroom switches itsel on automatically.
The same when I'm on explorer.
And so on.

I updated to the latest version in an attempt to stop this, but no.

Has anyone had the same experience and has anyone fixed it.

When Lightroom installs, it also places the Adobe Downloader as a startup item in the Tasktray. When Lightroom thinks that you have inserted a drive with pictures it will startup Lightroom.
If this is the problem, you can turn off the Downloader in the Tasktray or remove it from the startup items.
Hope this fixes your problem.

That sounds logical, but still it should not do it. My Nikon Capture does not start up everytime. It does once you insert a CF card in the reader, then it starts, thats the way Lightroom should work.
