RESOLVED: Lightroom not detecting CS3

I installed LR back when I was still using CS2. When exporting photos, LR gave me four options under the "Post Processing / After Export:" pull-down menu...one of which was to "Open in Photoshop". For some reason when I upgraded to CS3, this option disappeared.

Also, under the "Photo" pull-down menu at the top of the main page, the "Edit in Photoshop" choice is grayed out. I'm not sure if something was corrupted during CS3 install, but I tried uninstalling and reinstalling BOTH programs...and nothing has changed.

FYI: Running Win XP Pro with LR v1.2 and CS3 Extended v1'.'.1


Anyone know a fix for this (which DOESN'T involve a fresh reinstall of my entire OS)??

I did that!! Well done DAVID JOHN.

And although my initial problem IS resolved, now when I try to "save images for web and devices", Photoshop crashes instead of opening the image in ImageReady.

Now what??

Tell us which of the tech note things you actually did, and I'll go see if I can dig up a CS2 Windows machine somewhere!
