LightRoom Lost Internal Connection Error

I've seen the strangest error today. Lightroom was open, in another space on Leopard, and an error dialog box opened stating "Internal Error. Lightroom lost internal connection".

I've never seen this before; in fact, I've never really seen an internal error from Lightroom before.
