I edited a folder of TIFF images in Lightroom 2 and when I viewed them in Bridge CS3, which I use to batch process them to jpegs, the changes were not visible in the thumbnails! What's up? How do I fix this?
Check your Catalog Settings to see if "Automatically write changes into XMP" and "Include Develop settings in metadata inside JPEG, TIFF and PSD files." These need to be checked in order for your edits to be viewed in Bridge.
Susan, if no one has said so yet, Welcome to LR Forums.
As Darlene notes, LR's nondestructive edits are maintained only in its internal database by default. So until you enable the optional adjustment metadata embedment per her instructions, Bridge has no way to access that data.
