Lightroom Classic, with MAC Catalina, can't move folders.

If I try to move folders it just blinks and doesn't move. I can move individual photos though. So in order to move a folder, I select all photos, then right-click on the master folder where I wanted to move the folder to. Create a new folder with selected photos. I used to just click on the folder and drag it where I want it moved to....Am I missing something?
 
Thanks, Cletus! I had a feeling it was more of a new "Catalina" security issue. I will continue to move folders the hard way until I see a fix from either Adobe or Apple. Thanks for the very quick answer !
