I am trying to create a camera profile for one iof my Nikon's in LR Classic CC, but Profiles do not appear in Calibration. I dunno what happened to them, or how to remedy the situaion.

Start by telling us the real version of Lightroom that you use. You are not using version 11.3, because Lightroom Classic is at version 8.2 now... Also note that newer versions of Lightroom do not have the profiles in the Calibration block anymore. They were moved to the top of the Basic block. Maybe you are simply looking in the wrong place.

Oooooopsm, sorry, I listed the Camera Raw version, LR CC version is 8.2.

Basic block, thank you, I see them now! :)

I was able to see the new profile in the laft hand panel under History, but I wasn't able to locate a heading where I can make a choice. So, I was looking in the wrong place.
