Lightroom cc crashed

Operating System:Mac osx10.9.5
Exact Lightroom Version (Help menu > System Info):LR cc 6.14. I just updated to latest LR stand alone on LR CC. Immediately after LR quit and will not restart. Basically it crashed. I cannot even get into the help menu because it quits too soon. Have tried rebooting and everything else I can think of. Help?

I would reinstall LR6 and update it manually. You can install it from here. Download the application installer before trying to update to 14.
