I understand what the issue is, but I don't know what, or where, I'm supposed to change.
LrC still works but I get this nag every time I open the app, which is quite annoying.
Screenshot 1 is the error message which pops up when I launch LrC
Screenshot 2 is what happens when I click "Show in Finder"
Screenshot 3 'Catalog Settings' shows the correct location so I'm not sure why the application gives me an error message.
(I had the same issue with the previous MacOS Sonoma)

Help!

Solution
Nothing to do with catalog location in Catalog Settings. The error message suggests that the location specified for sync downloads in the LrC Preferences>Lightroom Sync tab is invalid (possibly/probably only the Users library is specified, which LrC cannot write to). Change it to a folder of your choosing or uncheck the "Specify Location" option which will then use the default location inside your Pictures>Lightroom folder.

Thanks to you Jim, the issue is resolved. Actually the location was correct but I did have to also point it to the "Lightroom" folder inside the Users > MyName > Pictures folder. No more nag - happy days!
