Lightroom Bug in Vista

So everytime I open up Lightroom on my Vista system it does not have the Windows top menu bar with the minimize, maximize, and close buttons. I can't figure out any way to get it back, and it's a little annoying when trying to juggle multiple programs. Can anyone help me out?

Try pressing the F key to cycle through Lightroom's different screen modes.
