I bought a Canon EOS 5'D the other day. I'm trying it out and noticed that while the photo looks awesome on the camera (sharp, good colors, etc.) AND before it is imported into Lightroom. After the photo is imported into Lightroom, photos look much darker and have a yellowish tint. I have to do a lot of development to make it look decent. Also, where did the Camera Calibration profiles go that I had with my 3'D? The EOS 5'D only has ACR 4.6 while the 3'D can use the beta profiles.

The first question is typically asked by new LR users. From your comments, it's apparent that you've worked with LR before. I'd ask how are you experiencing this differently from the 3'D to the 5'D?
The second question: 5'D support was added in the second beta release of the camera profiles, are you up to date? See Here: and then text search for '5'D'.

I really appreciate your help. I loved the 3'D Canon profiles. In the Develop Module, I used "Camera Standard Beta 1" and the settings were spot on. I actually used the adjustment in about 9'% of the 3'D photos. I'm now using the 5'D with Lightroom 2.1 Build 5122'5 and Camera Raw 4.6. The Camera Standard Beta profiles have disappeared. I only have ACR 4.6. I checked my Camera Raw Profiles folders. In the Camera Raw folder, there are two subfolders, Camera Beta 1 and Adobe Standard Beta. Neither folders have a 5'D subfolder with *.dcp files.
I just want my 5'D to produce what it's capable of.

Did you download the beta2 profiles? They were released simultaneously with the 2.1 final public release.
Geoff and Brad, I figured out what the problem was. I tried to use GetRight and for some reason it wasn't working properly. Turning off GetRight and using the IE download allowed me to download it properly. I can now see the profiles and it's just what I was looking for. Thanks so much for your help.
