Hi Victoria,

I spoke with you prior in another thread. It was about the painfully slow adjustment brush. I use a 1d MkIII and I just replaced my imac with a brand new Mac Pro 8 core, with 16gb ram, and the high end ATI video card. I have upgraded to the most current LR2 version. I just don't understand why the adjustment brush starts out fine, but in a few minutes it is deathly slow.

Do you know if LR3 is addressing this issue? I sent in a bug report and did ask them to consider upgrading the brush in LR3.

BTW - I bought your LR2 book and it is GREAT. Thanks for all your input.

Sorry I haven't had chance to reply to your email - manic week!

I'd suggest downloading the LR3 beta and give it a try. Some are reporting smoother brushes, and there's more optimization to do.
