One of the features I REALLY liked in Lightroom 1.4 was the ability to use the Metadata Browser to select photos shot with different lenses and camera bodies. I called up Lightroom 2 to do a search for images I'd taken with my 17-55 lens and discovered that the Metadata Browser was gone.

Am I looking in the wrong place? Is it incorporated in some other browser or menu selection? I searched but could not find it. Help!

Metadata Browser...

Well, I just found it. It's now above the center image display in the Library mode, a new and unique positioning of the option, but I expect I'll get used to it.

For any of you who were kind enough to consider responding to my question, thanks!

I'll get used to it...

Thanks, Brad! I guess I'll get used to the new layout, but it has really thrown me for a loop right now. I'm used to getting right into production, and now I'm having to stop and locate things... slows me down!

Thanks for the "/" key hint, too. I know it'll come in handy.

I do SO love people who answer their own questions! Well done Doug!
