Lightroom 2 help needed

I am new at Lightroom 2 and I am lost. Here are my questions.
1) How can I post my pictures from Lightroom to Facebook?
2) What is the easiest book I can buy to teach me the basics of Lightroom 2?

Glad to see another Texan. Howdy and Welcome to the forum. (no, real Texans don't talk like that do they?)
I started with LR just last June. But here are a few of the things I've learned along the way.

1) Flicker and Facebook are handled easiest with Plugins from Jeffry Freidl. Here's, a link to theFacebook plugin:
http://regex.info/blog/lightroom-goodies/facebook. It will be used as a part of the Export dialog.

2.) I did not learn from a book although there are are few out there that can certainly help Our own Victoria Bampton has one that is recommended:

I have gotten a lot of "gittin' started" help from the tutorials
http://www.photoshopsupport.com/lightroom/tutorials.html

And the most useful instruction by asking lots of 'newbie' questions here.

Using Photoshop Lightroom 2
and watch the Basics Videos on Adobe TV.

I also have learnt a lot from the videos on Lightroom for Digital Photographers (maybe after the Basics from Adobe).
