Lightroom 2.1 No longer runs

I'm hoping someone can help with this. I've been running LR 2.1 since the upgrade came out, and this just came up today. I get a message saying
"This Beta version of Lightroom has expired. The application will now quit."

I've never installed the Beta version of LR2. I've gone from 1.3 to 1.4 and then from 2.' to 2.1. Does anyone know why I'm getting this?

Mine expired yesterday - try downloading a new trial copy from Adobe.com. This cleared it up for me.

It happened to me too. Which version of lightroom did you download : 2.1 ?

Did you delete the lightroom application from your computer, and then install it again. Or did you just install it, without deleding the old lightroom?

You probably installed 2.1 RC (release candidate) instead of the real 2.1. This was available for a while before 2.1 was released for real. Simply download 2.1 (the trial version is the full version, just enter your license number) and install and run it.
