Hi,
I attempt to upload a gallery and I get the following error: An error occurred sending the file: the resource does not exist.
Are there any resources to view with step by step instructions as to how to upload a gallery.
Each time that I attempt to upload a gallery, something goes wrong.
Thank you

Hi nyff, welcome to the forum!

Are you really using LR 1.' as your profile suggests? If so, first thing I'd do is update to 1.4.1, which was the last free 1.x update. There were a lot of changes, particularly between 1.' and 1.1, and any tutorials you find now are likely to be based on later releases.

Can you tell us a bit more about what you're trying to do? Who's your web host? Can you upload to your webspace using normal FTP software ok?

Hello,

I will upgrade to the version that you stated.

I am attempting to create a webpage gallery for a client to review prints.
My website is hosted by gate.com and I can use dreamweaver to FTP my images.

When Lightroom is done creating the webpage it creates, I believe, 3 folders.
One is an index page or folder. How could I possibly have that named index.html when that is the main page of the existing website?

Should I be renaming what Lightroom creates?

I was creating a blank page document that I entitled, Client.html and created a folder with the images for my client in the website file folder where all the work is stored.

Thanks for your help and understanding this mess.

You could rename that index.html, but it's possible that you could break some links, depending on the gallery. I'd be more inclined to simply put the gallery in its own folder if you already have an existing website - something like http://www.mywebsite.com/gallery1/index.html
