Is there any way of adding a lense flare in lightroom ?

Yes, but it would be very time consuming. You could do it with brush strokes of the adjustment brush using exposure and color but it is more trouble than it is worth.
Best to go to an image editor that has a lens flare plug-in that can do it automated. Lens flare is a pretty standard tool of most image editors.

You could probably also do it with the TPI method discussed in the OPs thread for 'frames'.
