from old to new PC..

The new PC had LR Beta and now LR2..

I have the following..

My Pictures/Lightroom/
Lightroom 2 Catalog Previews.lrdata (which is my current catalog file)
Lightroom Catalog Previews.lrdata
Lightroom 2 Catalog
Lightroom Catalog

As well as

My Pictures/Silvertone
Lightroom Catalog Previews.lrdata
Lightroom Catalog

I don't recall creating the Silvertone folder.. Where did it come from and do I need it??

Silvertone was the LR2Beta catalog. If you have anything important in there, you should be able to 'import from catalog' from that catalog into your new one.

I assume the 'Lightroom Catalog' is the old 1.x catalog, and 'Lightroom 2 Catalog' is of course your current LR2 Catalog.
