Keywords adding to one, but not all...

I am sure it's something simple/stupid that I am missing. In library mode if I highlight a group of images, go select my keywords they get assigned to the first one, but not the rest of the images.

What am I doing wrong?

In Grid mode AND with Library Menu/Metadata/'Show Metadata for Target Photo Only' unchecked, it works!

Knew it was something simple/stupid, wasn't selecting the photos in "GRID" mode.
