Keyword Tag clarification please

Operating System

1. Windows 10
2. macOS 10.14 Mojave

Could somebody please clarify the difference between:
"Create Keyword Tag inside...." and "Put New Keyword Inside....." when using hierarchical keywording
[Lightroom 6.14 *yes, I know, time to update!!* both on Windows and OSX Mojave).
I cannot see a practical difference in my finished keyword layout.

Create puts the Keyword you're adding under the one specified (inside)

Put adds Keywords from that point forward into the specified Parent until you change (so handy if your'e creating a series of Child Keywords)

Thanks very much! Only a subtle difference then when adding just one sub keyword to an existing.
