Keyboard shortcut for navigating through folders?

Hello, I'm new to this forum, but a fairly experienced user of Lightroom. Today I was finally ready to take the plunge and build a complete catalog of my "originals" (about 55k images, mostly Canon DNGs). Contemplating the process of gradually keywording and creating collections out of my archives, I realize that I'm not aware of a keyboard shortcut for navigating through the list of 3,'''+ folders. My Logitech MX-31' mouse allows me to use the scroll wheel to pan up and down the list, but no key or keyboard combination I've been able to locate allows me to move systematically down through the folder panel, folder by folder. Instead, it seems that I have to manually click on each folder sequentially with the mouse. Does anyone know how to move through folders more efficiently, or perhaps this has been overlooked? I believe you are correct in this assessment. Time to put in a Feature Request with Adobe. Feature Request/Bug Report Form at Adobe.

Thanks Don, I feared that one didn't exist. I appreciate the link to the Adobe Bug/Feature Request page, and have filled out the form suggesting that if the cursor keys are to be reserved for thumbnail navigation, perhaps the Option key could be used in conjunction with the cursor keys for folder navigation. Perhaps I'll be stunned with Lightroom 2.', and discover that we have support for multiple monitors, as well as a shortcut for navigating the Folders panel!
