jpg v jpeg extension in Export Slideshow

Hi All

in the slideshow module export to jpeg exports photos with a *.jpeg extension. I would like to use the SD viewer in my Panasonic plasma but it doesn't recognise .jpeg only .jpg. Of course I can rename the files with the .jpg extension but it would be nice if I could save that step by having LR write them that way in the first place. Is this a preference somewhere that can be changed?
