Jpegs and Raws Linked - Unlink?

I shot jpegs and Raw together on my Fuji x100s. They've imported together rather than separate. What should I do to work on Raw or jpeg separately? How do I stop this happening in future.

Thanks. . Maybe in the meantime I just delet from catalog and reimport with these settings?

Change the setting and then Synchronize the folder. That will pull in the JPEGs. All future imports will work the way you want.
