Job Queue Management

It would be great if we were able to manage the job queue a little more. I just set off 1' separate exports - the first time I have done this - I was hoping the jobs would queue behind each other, but it tries to do all 1' at the same time, and fails to export some images as a result as the machine is getting hammered. The reason I did it as 1' jobs is that I needed different naming for each.

It would be great on an export if we had the choice to either, queue the export job to run after the currently running one (sequentially), or run it alongside the existing jobs (in parallel). Would put a lot less load on the processor and disk if run in sequence!

Output 'batch' queueing is one of the features I miss most from the old Raw Shooter Pro. Although, with some forethought, I'm usually able to work around it. But, as you say, sometimes you just can't.

Great idea!!!! And, I'd really, really like to see something like this in the print module. My life would be so much easier if I got pages out of the printer in the order in which I requested them. Critical for 2-sided printing, which I've given up on in LR.

I made an official feature request as Victoria suggested! I am alsho making one just now for the ability to select and remove multiple folders from the catalogue in one action. You can select multiple folders just now but when youn try to delete them, it only removes the first selected one, so it's a long process going through individuals!
