Issues Printing From Lightroom to Epson 3880

I'm going nuts trying to make colour prints on my Epson 3880.

Recently I made a print on Epson lustre at 8.5x11 - it looked fine.

When I printed the same file on Canson Platine at 13x19 (using the canson profile) it had a strong red cast.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this or where I can find the support to help me through this learning curve?

Hmmm did you download the Canson profile for the correct printer model, as the 3880 is pretty old now and BTW I did have one as well?

Have you tried printing on the Canson paper with an Epson profile. If the result is better than the Canson profile; the Canson profile is to blame.
