Issue when re-installing LR to new HD

I followed the instructions to a previous post on how to move LR to a new PC. (ie backed up all my data, installed the new LR 2.5, and Copied the entire Lightroom folder from my external HD to the new HD. This included my catalogues, previews, presets and pics). Everything works fine except for two issues:
1) In the Library Module, LR displays the full path of my folders (ie Documents and setting\kaz\my pics\...) How do I get LR to just display the folder name?
2) All my presets are missing? How do I get them back?

1. Next to the Folder Panel Title Bar in Library Module is a "+" symbol. Beside it is a tiny down arrow. Click the Down Arrow and select "Folder Name Only"

2. Your presets are not stored with the catalog. Look here: C:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAME\Application Data\Adobe\Lightroom\ for your presets and move them to the new computer. If you are moving to Vista or Windows 7 the location will change to User\App Data\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom.

For part 2, remember that Windows defaults to setting that Application Data folder tree to 'Hidden'.
That setting is in Windows Control Panel Folder Options > View Tab.

Oh, deja vu! Hi Kaz!

Missing presets was a missing 'store presets with catalog' checkbox, so that one's sorted.

Kaz emailed me a screenshot of her folders panel, and it looks like a combination of 'folder name only' as Rikk mentioned, and also a 'show parent folder' or two to get the hierarchy back.
