Is this Possible in LR?

Hello all fellow gurus of LR,

Saw this the other day; and was wondering if this was possible to do in LR? If so could someone explain the steps for it please?

Yup still learning though.. i know how to use all the basic stuff... this is new territory for me so asking around

Ok, tip for doing it in PS then. Put each photo on a separate layer and then you can move them around easily. I've seen too many people try to cut and paste selections, and give themselves a headache in the process!
