Is there a way to setup an "empty" book and modify it?

It's been a while since I last used Lightroom and I'm a little rusty.

I'm looking for a way to set up a book module "template" from a previous book, is it possible to do?

What I mean is I want to set up an "empty" book so I can reuse the title page (has the title, date and a cover image), 2nd page (has standard copy text i could update) and the last few pages (has contact info) and be able to add the in-between image pages as and when I require.

I could then duplicate/copy this empty book, update any text and add images as I need and then save this book as a new book.

Sorry if this has been asked before but I could not see anything specifically for this type of thing.

Yes-
First, make the 'Copy' of the book in the Collections panel (ie. a "Saved" Book copy), rename it as your template book and open it in the Book module.

You can select multiple pages by holding down the Ctrl key (or Mac equivalent) as you click each page (they show with the yellow/orange background), then a R-Click (or Mac equivalent) and choose 'Remove Pages'.
