Is there a way to get back to the state before I pressed CTRL+Z?

I accidentally pressed CTRL+Z very often and then inserted auto settings. Is there a way to get back to the state before I pressed CTRL+Z?
 
Well, does not help.
 
Ctrl + Shift + Z is redo. But if you did Ctrl + Z and then changed something, then this won't work.
 
Yes yes, that is why I asked.
 
Then unless you did a catalog backup before undoing everything, no. You got your answer.
