IPTC Title from Filename

Does anybody know a way in Lightroom to update the Title IPTC tag from the filename without the extension (.DNG) included? I've tried to do this through other programs, but have lost some of my develop settings in Lightroom.

You can use the LR/Transporter plug-in from Tim Armes.

Thanks for the tip Mark! I've just installed it, but now I can't get it working correctly. The "Change Metadata using LR/Transporter" is not available, only "export using LR/Transporter"

It's at the bottom of the Library menu. I know it's confusing, I couldn't find it at first either.
