IPad CC and WebCC Different Features?

These 2 are not exactly the same. The iPad has lots of features not present in the panels on laptop. Any insights?

Yes, they are different in some areas....but so are the other apps in the cloud ecosystem. Lightroom Desktop, LR mobile for iOS, LR mobile for Android, LR Web.....none of these are truly identical yet. All of them started their development at different times, using different teams and with the different challenges presented by the different operating systems....so it's not really surprising that some differences in functionality and UI exist. I understand that Adobe remain committed to full app convergence, but when/if that goal will be realised is not known.
