I just got an Intous 4 and I am looking for suggestions on how to set up the express keys. I am presently using the default settings, but I am looking for some ideas. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Congratulations Bob - it's a great purchase! I have an intuos 4 and use it with Lightroom all the time - it's a huge productivity increase.

Currently, I leave the wheel at the defaults (it will increase/decrease the brush size, or scroll through the side panels).

I'll switch them occassionally as my taste/needs change, but right now I have express keys set to:
Space bar (for easier panning when zoomed in)
J (hides/shows clipping warnings - very handy)
Alt (switches to the eraser when using the brush)
Undo
Ctrl + F1 (switches to the Library from any other module)

If you're looking for more keyboard shortcuts to potentially use, you can check out the comprehensive quick reference cards I put together here:

Enjoy the Intuos - you'll love it more and more over time.
