Installing LR Complete

I need help installing LR Complete after downloading. I cannot find C:\users\Nancy ( Our user name)\AppData\ much less Roaming\AdobeLightroom\Web Galleries. Where do I find this? Or what should the next step be after downloading?

Any help will be greatly appreciated?

Go to your Vista help function and type in "Hidden Folders" Follow the instructions for showing "Hidden Files" you should be able to see the folders after that.
